## Description

The purpose of this amendment to the combined synopsis/solicitation is to post another question asked by industry and the associated answer.

**QUESTION:** Does the solution need to be branded or what we call white labeled ? This would mean the application as it s presented to patients will look like it was built by the VA, since it ll have their colors and their logo, with only a powered by {INSERT COMPANY/BRAND NAME} logo.

**ANSWER:** It does NOT need to be branded. Providing access for patients to the application is not a requirement at this time. For now it will be used just by the genetic counselors.
