## Description

The purpose of this notice is to provide an updated projected schedule for SPRUCE evaluation and Award. The results of TF2 are anticipated to be provided to offerors no later than June 7, 2024. Per the soliciation 36C10B24R0005, Within 72 hours of notification to Offerors that they have advanced to Technical Factor 3, the Government will provide each Offeror a copy of the SPRUCE Code Challenge Scenario. The anticipated award date of the SPRUCE IDIQ is early 4th Quarter of Fiscal Year 2024 (July), though subject to change.
