## Description

On August 13,2024, the Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center issued a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract 36C10B24C0041 to Agile Six Applications, Inc. This is a sole source contract to Agile Six Applications Inc. under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(5), Authorized or Required by Statute , as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-5.
