Additionally, there is no obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services described in this RFI. Your response to this RFI will be treated only as information for the Government to consider. You will not be entitled to payment for direct or indirect costs that you incur in responding to this RFI. This request does not constitute a solicitation for proposals or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. No funds have been authorized, appropriated or received for this effort. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary, restricted or competition sensitive information contained in their response. The Government does not intend to pay for the information submitted in response to this RFI. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to issue a Solicitation for Royalty Free Content Access. VA is seeking to identify any possible commercially available vendors that can meet VA requirements. The VA previously acquired this service through Getty Images. Requirement outlined below to provide Images, Video, Footage and Audio Content shall include the following. Shall provide VA with the ability for 25 users to have access to download content for up to 3,000 downloads per year. The asset library shall have hundreds of thousands of assets in each area. The content shall be perpetual (no expiration date for final product) with unlimited access and can be viewed an unlimited number of times. A library with over one million images that include assets for typical OIT and VA topics, such as office settings, computer hardware, and documents. Images of people in typical business dress, medical dress, as well as Veterans. Search features that include the ability to sort by color themes. Stock footage shall include hundreds of thousands of video clips that are at least 10 seconds in length and cover areas specified under images. Video Resolution shall be in 1080p, 2k, and 4k. Audio clips shall include over 100,000 instrumental music clips that can be filtered by theme and genre. The sound effects library shall include over 100,000 sound effects, that are typical in an office environment and include sounds such as computer, office, and industrial sounds, as well as ambient sounds such as those found in cities or in nature. 2. Submittal Information: All responsible sources may submit a response in accordance with the below information. capability package must be clear, concise, and complete. VA is under no obligation to provide feedback to the company, or to contact the company for clarification of any information submitted in response to this RFI.
