## Description

IAW VA Financial Policy Volume III Obligations, Chapter 02A Non-Contractual Obligations, Appendix M - Training and Tuition (Non-Scholarship), VA TAC will be using non-contractual obligations to purchase the training requirements identified in the subject Sources Sought.
