## Description

On June 28,2024, the Department of Veterans Affairs Technology Acquisition Center issued a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract 36C10B24C0023 to Oddball Inc. This is a sole source contract to Oddball, Inc. under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(5), Authorized or Required by Statute , as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-5. 8127(c), known as the Veterans First Contracting Program provides the authority to directly contract with a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business or a Veteran-Owned Small Business.
