## Description

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 8.405-1(d)(3), the solicitation for Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) Tier One Support is planned to be released only to vendors that responded to the Request for Information and were deemed capable of performing the work by the VA. However, any other vendor holding an eligible GSA contract may request a copy of the solicitation and submit a response.
