## Description

In accordance with FAR 5.301, 16.505(b)(2)(ii)(D), and 16.505(a)(4)(iii), the award notice for this action is hereby synopsized and the justification is made publicly available (see attached). An award has been made to V3Gate, LLC for software subscription licenses and maintenance for the following IBM-PPA software products currently in use at the VA.

Maintenance support is required for the following software subscription licenses included under this agreement: IBM Sterling Connect, IBM Infosphere DataStage, Quality Stage Designer, and IBM Security Key Lifecycle Manager. The period of performance shall be one (1) 12-month period Base and 3 Option Periods. The total award amount is $495,055.77.
