VA is currently in the midst of recompeting the effort for the next iteration of this contract, however, the existing Delivery Order expires on July 27, 2024, but requires this proposed additional time to allow for delivery and shipping to this remote VA Medical Center. A Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity has been prepared and approved and is attached to this notice.
