## Description

SPECIAL NOTICE DESCRIPTION The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Eatontown, NJ, Infrastructure Operations, intends to award a firm fixed price sole-source contract to Schneider Electric Inc., for the purchase of EcoStruxure Power Monitoring Expert Software, Maintenance and Technical Support on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), for purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold.

The justification for this noncompetitive solicitation is due to Schneider Electric, Inc., is the sole supplier. The NAICS code for this procurement is 541519 Other Computer Related Services with a size standard of 150 employees. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES and no solicitation will be issued.
