**RFI 36C10A25Q0031 AMENDMENT 0002:** The purpose of this Amendment is to inform interested vendors that the Department of Veterans Affairs is still conducting market research. An acquisition strategy has not been determined at this time. Periodic updates will be posted to Contract Opportunities until such time as an acquisition strategy is known.
