## Description

This amendment is to inform all potential vendors the Government intends to proceed with an order under the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) for Hasura GraphQL Software. Per FAR 7.102(a)(4) Agencies shall perform acquisition planning and conduct market research for all acquisitions in order to promote and provide for. Appropriate consideration of the use of pre-existing contracts, including interagency and intra-agency contracts, to fulfill the requirement, before awarding new contracts.
