## Description

The purpose of this RFQ is to provide commercial kennel facilities and services in support of the Bureau of Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Canine Enforcement Program. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, supervision, and facilities required to provide kenneling services for the CBP canines. There are currently (26) canines kenneled at our contract facility.

The facility needs to have the capability of providing the possibility of future kennel needs meeting the same high standards as set forth in the attached Statement of Work (SOW). The number of canines is subject to change according to the demands. Unless the facility is open 24hours per day, 7 days per week, the contractor shall issue a key or key card for the kennel facility to each CBP Officer/K9.

The Officer needs to have the ability to independently access the facility and retrieve their canine 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. In addition to housing the canines, the contractor will also be responsible for cleaning the kennels and maintaining them in a safe and sanitary condition. All requirements can be found in the attached SOW and Combined Synopsis Solicitation and shall be reviewed prior to submitting a quote. All quotes submitted shall meet all requirements of the SOW to be considered responsive.

Award shall be made to the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) quote meeting the specifications of the SOW. If the lowest priced quote is not found to be Technically Acceptable, the government will evaluate the next lowest priced quote, and so on. Quotes determined to be incomplete, or unreasonable will not be considered for award. All quotes shall be submitted to david.m.banks@cbp.dhs.gov
