**FRA SEEKS QUOTATIONS FOR THE FOLLOWING:**

QTY. 10 - Part # SPC1NS1U1ESNA DIGITEL SPC ion pump controller, Negative polarity, Safe-Conn connector, Ethernet/Serial communications, 115 v or equivalent.

Your written response to this solicitation must be in accordance with the following additional requirements: SARC Subcontractor Annual Reps & Certs (Rev. 3)*, PUR-466 Proposal Certifications (Rev. 1)* The following terms and conditions shall become a part of any subsequent purchase order/subcontract resulting from this solicitation: FRA General Terms and Conditions for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (03.2024) OR - ICPT, GSA, SEWP TERMS ACCEPTED AS WELL Documents to be returned with proposal submittal: 1. Quote 2. SARC - Subcontractor Annual Reps and Certs (Rev. 3)* – all applicable sections completed and form signed.

3.PUR-466 (Rev 1.)* – Proposal Certification – all applicable sections completed and form signed. 4. A separate document with all exceptions to FRA LLC General Terms and Conditions for Commercial Products and Commercial Services (05.2023). Exceptions to FRA Terms and Conditions shall be presented with RFQ submittal.

Applicable NAICS Code:** AWARD WILL BE MADE TO THE OFFEROR WITH THE LOWEST PRICED TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE BID. * Not required/applicable if GSA terms are submitted Please note: If you’ve already completed our SARC form within the last 12 months, this does NOT need to be redone.
