## Description

Remove and dispose of existing HVAC units at 44 Fermilab Village residential housing units. Inspect existing ductwork and replace ducts or piping, if required. Install new FRA-provided heat pumps, furnaces, and thermostats at each of the 44 residential housing units. Perform start up, adjustment, and troubleshooting (if required) to make the new HVAC systems fully operational. Provide required documentation related to system installation.
