In summary, the scope for this project consists of installing hitch clips, removal/replacement of all water damaged decking with 5/8” plywood, installing new CertainTeed (CT) Ice and Water Guard underlayment, placement of new EDPM material in valley and flat areas matching the existing installation. installing new CT “Landmark” shingles to match as closely as possible to existing, and removal and replacement of damaged rafters. This is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this solicitation is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction.
