## Description

Fermi Research Alliance, LLC (FRA) request your firm fixed price fo the following equipment in accordance with the requirements below and terms and conditions attached to the Request for Proposal. Please provide lead time. Direct replacement PMH-9 switch, please reference scope of work (SOW) for specifications, drawing and dimensions. This is a Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) source selection. Award shall be made to the supplier who is deemed responsible by FRA, whose proposal is technically acceptable and offers the lowest evaluated price. FRA intends to award without discussions.
