USAID cordially invites interested organizations to attend the Pre-Bidders Conference which will provide information on: USAID’s Energy IDIQ III procurement; how USAID is increasing opportunities for a diverse set of partners; and responses to questions posed by the industry to the RFI. USAID encourages organizations interested in priming and sub-contracting to attend the Pre-Bidders Conference.

USAID invites attendees to submit up to two (2) PowerPoint slides in PDF format to be compiled and shared with the following information: Name of Organization / Company Website Organization Type General email inbox for interested parties to contact your organization Capabilities Relevant for Energy IDIQ III Please note: The information stated on the submitted PowerPoint slides will be made public in order to facilitate opportunities for subcontracting, teaming arrangements, joint ventures and networking among attendees, including in an amendment to the Energy IDIQ III RFI notice on sam.gov.
