This purpose of this requirement is obtaining a FedRamp Certified customer satisfaction survey tool, via software as a service, to conduct the required data collection functions of the U.S. International Trade Commission (“USITC” or “Commission”). The scope of this contract includes acquiring software as a service to securely develop and deploy web-based customer satisfaction surveys. This announcement is not a request for competitive quotations. A solicitation will not be available for this requirement. The intent of this announcement is for informational purposes only.
