This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart Part 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and within the attached document. This announcement and attachments constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 34300024Q0017, attached, and is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ), Commercial Items. The solicitation’s documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03, effective February 23, 2024. The USITC has a requirement toward supporting this healthy lifestyle, through the procurement and subsequent award of multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements for USITC agency memberships to local, Metropolitan Washington, DC, health and fitness (GYM) facilities.
