## Description

The Coast Guard intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole-source procurement (under FAR authority 6.302) to Eclipse Group Research Vessel, (RV) BOLD HORRIZON, moored at 10th Ave Marine Terminal 1800 Crosby Rd.

Close Quarter Combat Tactics, Tactical Combat Causality Care (TCCC), and Chemical Biological Radiological and Explosive (CBRNE) training for MSRT West in San Diego, CA.
