Contractor will replace any hardware not deemed to be in proper working condition. Contractor will make all necessary steps to ensure proper functionality of door. Contractor will be allowed to enter the building for 1 day to complete the replacement of the door parts. Additional time will be provided if additional parts need replacement. Contractor will do a thorough cleaning of the area, haul-off their trash, old and new excess materials dispose of properly per local, state, and federal regulations.
