## Description

**BOTTOM LINE UP FRONT (BLUF):** Integration of requirements under SAM.gov Notice ID HC104725R0003 under OT-Prod Agreement HC10842590003.

Pursuant to Executive Order 14265, Modernizing Defense Acquisitions and Spurring Innovation in the Defense Industrial Base, and the Secretary of Defense’s Directing Modern Software Acquisition to Maximize lethality memorandum dated March 6, 2025, directing the use of Other Transactions (OTs) as the default approach for acquiring software, DISA has cancelled Notice ID HC104725R0003 pursuant to Request for Proposal (RFP) section L.1.1. to combine the Joint Electromagnetic Battle Management (EMBM-J) Situational Awareness (SA) effort under the EMBM-J Decision Support (DS) Production OT Agreement.
