**Subject:** CANCELLATION OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL After careful consideration it has been determined that cancellation of solicitation, 3330225RF0010010 for a Solar project at Smithsonian Environmental Research Center (SERC) is necessary and in the best interest of the Smithsonian Institution. The reason for this cancellation due to a relocation of the selected site for the solar panels. We appreciate the time, effort, and resources you invested in preparing your response to this RFP.
