The Request for Proposal (RFP) will consist of two parts: Part One - Technical Proposal, in which the Offerors establishes their qualifications in accordance with the criterial listed in the SOW and Section L; and Part Two - Cost Proposal. Questions pertaining to this RFP will be entertained through July 29, 2024. All questions must be submitted in writhing via email to Jasmine Price at pricej@si.edu.
