**NB642030-24-02679 RESPONSE TIME:** 15 days after posting The National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST) intends to negotiate, a sole source contract, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b), with Thermo Fisher Scientific, located in Hillsboro, Oregon for an agreement to maintain and service an Environmental Transmission Electron Microscope (ETEM).
