The Contracting Officer has determined that Diligent Corporation is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC's requirement in accordance with FAR 13.501(a)(1)(ii) – Sole Source Acquisitions. The subscription includes access to a proprietary database that is dedicated to tracking activist short-seller campaigns. The period of performance for the purchase order is anticipated to be one year. The SEC intends to award a purchase order to Diligent Corporation on or about September 12, 2024. This notice is not a competitive request for proposals. A competitive solicitation will not be issued.
