It is a feature-rich probabilistic fracture mechanics code that provides regulators, industry, researchers, and the public with quantitative capabilities to analyze the risks associated with nuclear facility components subject to active degradation mechanisms. The primary objective is to obtain expert technical assistance services to redesign and refactor the xLPR Framework to support increased capacity, performance, flexibility, and maintainability. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the services required is 541690 for “Other Scientific and Technical Consulting Services.” Request for Proposal (RFP) No. 31310024R0026 will be posted on, or about, the first week in April 2024 as unrestricted. Closing date for receipt of proposals will be from 30 days of the issue date of the solicitation. RFP No. 31310024R0026 will be distributed solely through www.sam.gov. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will also be distributed solely through www.sam.gov . Hard copies of the solicitation document and its related documents, as appropriate, will not be available.
