## Description

Trailer is non operational and is a mission critical piece of equipement for USCG Station Apra Harbor in Guam. USCG intends to award to Pacific Unlimited in Guam. the intent to have locally set aside in Guam is due to the urgency of repairing the trailor. 4 vendors in Guam showed interest but only Pacific unlimited was able to provide a quote. Please see attached SOW
