All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable State and Federal regulations. Electrical shall be provided by the U.S. Coast Guard Contractor in accordance with NFPA 70 National Electrical Code. All electrical work shall be straight, plumb, and level. The Contractor shall provide (12) complete working streetlights upon completion.
