## Description

A Fixed Price Service Award was made in accordance with FAR 52.212-2 (Evaluation — Commercial Products and Commercial Services). Under the terms of the solicitation, proposals were evaluated using three non-price factors (Past Recent Performance, Technical Capability, and Communication & Coordination) which, when combined, were significantly more important than price.
