1.0 General Information

1.1 Objective: Procure and receive three (3) high-performance, foam-filled marine fenders equipped with marine-grade Type 316 stainless steel end fittings and internal tension components FOB Destination.

1.2 Background: USCG Base Miami Beach operates waterfront berthing facilities requiring resilient fendering systems capable of enduring harsh marine saltwater environments, continuous UV radiation, and repeated vessel mooring impact forces.

2.0 Scope of Work

1. Manufacture and supply three (3) nominal 5 ft diameter &times; 8 ft length foam-filled marine fenders conforming to the functional performance and material criteria specified herein.

2. Furnish all integrated rigging hardware, including continuous through-chain assemblies, swivel end fittings, and bow/anchor shackles constructed exclusively of Type 316 Stainless Steel.

3. Submit standard commercial catalog cuts, product data sheets, and dimensional drawings for USCG Contracting Officer&rsquo;s Representative (COR) review and written approval prior to commencing production.

4. Manage freight logistics, off-site handling, packaging, and commercial freight transport FOB Destination to USCG Base Miami Beach.

5. Provide manufacturer material test reports (MTRs), quality inspection records, and standard commercial warranty documentation upon delivery.
