## Description

The National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) has a FY 24 requirement for a Stock media library of unlimited audio, video, and images that ties directly with the currently used audiovisual creative editing tools Premiere Pro and After Effects. The requirement is for a (5 user) subscription Royality Free music and sound effects, stock video footage, motion backgrounds, stock images, After Effects and Premier Pro templates, along with an online editing tool.
