The 30th Contracting Squadron (30 CONS) at Vandenberg Space Force Base (VSFB), California, plans to establish a sole source justification to support new projects that include the replacement, upgrade, or installation of HVAC EMCS Direct Digitial Control (DDC) systems that shall utilize only Automated Logic controllers, and related software for all new controller purchases.
