The purpose of this contract is to leverage the use of video technology to encourage behavior change communication targeting the current barriers to reducing malaria morbidity and mortality rates in Cameroon. Through a four-day hands on training of trainers designed to teach beginners how to create, edit, and disseminate video, Peace Corps staff and volunteers, community health work Peace Corps Volunteer Counterparts, National Malaria Control Program staff, and USAID implementing partners, will learn how to create effective behavior change messages in a variety of local languages using specialized video and mobile projector kits. The Government intends to procure this requirement under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) – Contracting Officers may solicit one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES nor a solicitation of offers.
