Total boat bay square footage is approx. 1700sqft. The work includes grinding, filling, and laying new flake epoxy with a grit topcoat. Detailed overview. • If needed, utilize traffic cones and yellow tape to properly restrict access to the working areas. • Thoroughly clean the floor to remove any dirt, oil, grease, or other contaminants. Use a degreaser if necessary. • Fill any cracks or holes with polyurea crack filler and allow it to cure. (if included in the above scope of work) • Using our commercial grade concrete grinders, grind to a surface profile of 2 to 3. This ensures proper adhesion of the coatings system. (1/16\"depth) • Conduct a moisture & humidity check before application process begins. • Apply epoxy coating system to concrete floor, followed by a heavy broadcast flake of color.
