## Description

Requesting vendor complete assessment of current rail car system and conduct market research to price OEM parts for replacement or comparable parts that won't compromise functionality of the rail car system. Procure all parts needed that are not reusable, clean and inspect platform and repaint where needed, install new components and perform a test of commercial winch and conduct training with engineers onboard US Coast Guard Station Manasquan Inlet.
