## Description

The U.S Government currently occupies 125 surface parking spaces under lease GS-02B-LNY00603 in Manhattan, NY that will be expring 7/31/2024. The Government has determined for agency mission requirments, to add a renewal option to the current lease for two (2) years. 82 surface parking spaces will continue to be utilized.
