**Full Term:** 13 years Firm Term: 10 years Option Term: 3 years Additional Requirements: 88 reserved parking spaces must be contiguous 24/7 access to garage the ability to install a secured gate around reserved parking garage must have a minimum height clearance of 6’5” access to a minimum of 2 electrical outlets
