The Government has determined that cancellation is in the best interest of the Government in accordance with FAR 15.206(c). No contract will be awarded under this solicitation. Any proposals/bids received in response to this solicitation will not be considered. Offerors are advised that the Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred in response to this canceled solicitation.
