Jacobs Engineering Group Inc., as Designer of Record for the project solicitation-ready Plans and Specifications package, is the only known source having the proprietary knowledge and information required to perform these services. A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE POSTED. The Government intends to proceed with this sole source action. The NAICS code is 541330, Engineering Services. The size standard is $25.5M for the NAICS code defined by the U.S. Small Business Administration. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement to the Contracting Officer/Specialist before the notice end date. If no affirmative written responses are received by 2:00 PM Pacific Time on 18 March 2026, an award will be made without further notice.
