## Description

The intent of this special notice is to alert interested vendors that, since this contract is expected to exceed $10,000,000, Offerors shall be in compliance with the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) regulations before award of the resultant contract. Offerors must be on the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Program's National Pre- Award Registry or provide verification of EEO compliance if requested by the Government, in order to receive an award under the Global Protective Services (GPS) program. The Government may request EEO Clearance on behalf of Offerors - this process could take up to 30 days from request. See below for additional information:

U.S. Department of Labor Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs E-mail: ofccp-ma-preaward@dol.gov The National Pre Award Registry is designed to provide information, electronically, concerning Federal Contractors that have been reviewed (audited) by the OFCCP and that have been found in compliance with the equal employment opportunity regulations that the OFCCP enforces. The listing is updated daily and Federal Contractors remain in the list for two years.

If the specific contractor establishment receiving the contract is listed on the registry, the contracting agency is not required to request a pre-award clearance from the OFCCP. The evaluation process is based on statistical random selection. If a contractor is not on the registry, a new request must be submitted to grant clearance per contractor and per contract.

The following is a list of OFCCP offices by region: Northeast OFCCP-NE-PreAward@dol.gov Mid-Atlantic OFCCP-MA-PreAward@dol.gov Southeast OFCCP-SE-PreAward@dol.gov Midwest OFCCP-MW-PreAward@dol.gov Southewest & Rocky Mtns OFCCP-SW-PreAward@dol.gov Pacific OFCCP-PA-PreAward@dol.gov Please Note: Vendors do not need to be cleared or registered to submit a proposal in response to the GPS solicitation. However, vendors will need EEO clearance or registration prior to award of a contract under GPS.
