## Description

**NOTICE OF INTENT:** The 9th Contracting Squadron intends to solicit and award to only one source (Phillips Corporation Inc.) under the authority FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(i)(B). Please see attached: 1. Single Source Justification 2. Haas Letter 3. Omax Letter General Scope: The government requires the repair of an OMAX waterjet and the HAAS milling machine. The government was directed to Phillips Corporation as the only qualified source for government facilities. The requirement is the Parts listed in the Single Source justification and the repair/service of both mentioned machines.
