## Description

The Office of Naval Intelligence intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-3 and FAR 6.302-1(b) (ii). The proposed source is Secure Ninja. The procurement is for One Year Agreement. This requirement will be from May 7, 2025 through May 6, 2026. This is Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is for the tailored training to Cybersecurity work with ONI Civilian and Military workforce.
