## Description

The USDA's Farm Production and Conservation Business Center (FPAC-BC) is conducting a market survey to identify the availability and interest of qualified Small, Small Disadvantaged, Small Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Historically Underutilized Business Zones, Woman-Owned, and large businesses as potential sources to:

provide Web Content Management application software/support that will provide for a secure, efficient and cost-effective manner to build and maintain the FSA and Business Center Websites and serve the many stakeholders and users of both the application and the Websites (SaaS) with a NAICS:

**541519 PSC:** DA10 in accordance with (IAW) the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

The following information is provided to assist FPAC-BC in conducting Market Research to identify potential contractors for this effort: The Government is seeking capability statements from businesses capable to provide Web Content Management application software/support that will provide for a secure, efficient and cost-effective manner to build and maintain the FSA and Business Center Websites and serve the many stakeholders and users of both the application and the Websites (SaaS).

Respondents shall furnish sufficient technical information necessary for the Government to conclusively determine that they are capable of meeting the technical requirements identified above. Firms believing they can meet the requirements are encouraged to respond electronically with no less than the following information:

1. Business name, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), business address, business website, business size status (i.e., SB, VOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone SB, SDB, WOSB, LB), point of contact name, mailing address (if different from business address), phone number, and email address.

2. Sufficient descriptive literature that unequivocally demonstrates that the offered License product(s) will meet or exceed SOW specifications.

3. Descriptive material necessary for the government to determine whether the license product(s) offered meets the technical requirements (e.g. Authorized Reseller Letter).

4. If a large business, provide if subcontracting opportunities exist for small business concerns. The Government is not responsible for locating or securing any information, not identified in the response. Interested Parties must respond with capability statements no later than 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time on 01/30/2024.

**Notice of Intent:** Responses to this source sought announcement will assist the Government in determining whether or not any future requirement similar to this one should be set aside for small business, made available to full and open competition, or procure through sole-source acquisition procedures.
