The Contracting Officer has determined that Meltwater News US Inc. is the only source that can reasonably meet the SEC's requirement in accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b). Meltwater News US Inc is the only known source that meets all of SEC requirements, including: Software provider to offer a comprehensive single source platform which supports News, Social and Broadcast Media Monitoring, Media Analysis, Retroactive Analysis and Media Research, Internal Communications, Media Outreach, Dashboard Visualization, Social Media Analysis, Owned Social Media Management and Unlimited Training and Customer Support. Concurrent access users with unlimited saved and unlimited ad-hoc searches with unlimited results for unlimited keywords. Unlimted search criteria and keywords, with all users ability to add, edit or delete keywords at any point during the subscription. Assigned dedicated account management team throughout the subscription. 24/7/365 live chat directly embedded in the user interface with integrated help desk, step-by-step tutorials, and training courses. Unlimited archiving facility included in the flat fee subscription. Limitless archive facility is limitless (each user has access to unlimited folders, can create folders to store unlimited amounts of articles, archive is accessible to all users at all times from any computer with internet access, everything is stored and backed-up on provider's network). One platform package at a one-time cost. Email alerts, mobile notifications, or Slack/Teams messages, powered by targeted and comprehensive searches, on a real-time, hourly, daily, twice-daily basis. Forwarding and distribution functions with all copyright issues in mind to allow users to distribute hand selected articles to colleagues legally and free of charge.
