NAICS Code 541618 and PSC R408 HFACS Inc. is the only company that provides certified training for the HFACS course. HFACS is a proprietary method taught by Dr. Wiegmann and Dr. Shappell of HFACS, Inc. HFACS is one of the required courses to complete the Certified Accident Investigation Program (CAIP) per NG Supplement 1 to AR 385-10.
