SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE – Headgate Rock Substation McGraw Edison Power Transformer (Serial Number: C-05324-5-1) load tap changer (LTC) retrofit project This is a sources sought announcement only: The Department of Energy (DOE), Western Area Power Administration (WAPA), Desert Southwest (DSW) Region is seeking capability statements from all interested parties for the “Headgate Rock Substation McGraw Edison Power Transformer (Serial Number: C-05324-5-1) load tap changer (LTC) retrofit project- a complete turnkey retrofit of the degraded, legacy oil-type LTC on the active McGraw Edison Power Transformer (S/N: C-05324-5-1).
