This acquisition is a logical follow-on to the existing software solution developed and provided by Interoperability BidCo, LLC. The software is currently utilized by public health officials, and continuity of service is essential to maintain operational efficiency and avoid disruption. Transitioning to an alternative vendor would require significant additional time, resources, and costs associated with system implementation, user training, and stakeholder adoption. Accordingly, the Government has determined that Interoperability BidCo, LLC is the only source reasonably available to meet its requirements within the required timeframe. This contract action is for supplies/services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b) (SAP).
