Upgrade is to satisfy the overall requirements of the American Metallurgical Society (AMS) standards for stainless steel processing. Potential sources must provide turn-key system of the upgraded furnace with the following services/items: delivery, unloading and rigging, installation, testing, and on-site training. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
